When can I expect my order?

**Please note that all subscription orders are shipped out in the beginning of the month. For monthly subscriptions, we must receive your order by the 10th of one month, in order for it to ship in the beginning of the following month (Example: order submitted January 8th, order shipped out in the beginning of February). For quarterly subscriptions, we must receive your order by the 10th of one month for the first box to be shipped out in the beginning of the following month (faster timing may be available when there are holiday specials). For single box orders, please allow 7-10 days for shipping in the US. If you have special shipping requests, please send us an email and we will be happy to accommodate you where we can!

International Shipping

Please allow around 3 weeks for international shipping. If a particular item, for example live plants, are not allowed into your country, we will make an equal substitution in your box (example: seed packet).

What if I still have not received my box?

Please let us know and we can track the shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

For all subscriptions, shipping is FREE in the US (not free for single box orders). We offer international shipping, and shipping prices can be viewed in the checkout.

What if I have received a damaged product?

Please send a photo of the damage and we will promptly ship you a replacement item.
